Seacrest Recovery Center NJ has provided outpatient drug and alcohol treatment in Monmouth County since 2018. The center is at 162 Main Street in Eatontown, near Route 35, Route 36 and Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway, which puts it within a short drive of most of the county’s shore towns. It is licensed by the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (license No. 2000701) and accredited by The Joint Commission, and Seacrest was the featured rehab in Jelly Roll’s Save Me documentary on Hulu.

Outpatient levels of care in Eatontown

The Eatontown center is an outpatient program. Clients live at home and step down through levels of care as they gain stability, with individual therapy, group therapy and case management along the way.

• The Partial Care Program (PHP): our most structured level, with treatment during the day and weekly individual therapy.
• The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): several days a week, for people who need structure while keeping up with work or family.
• The Outpatient Program (OP): a lighter schedule of group and individual sessions as daily life returns to normal.
• Co-occurring mental health care: anxiety, depression, trauma and other conditions treated alongside the addiction. Learn how dual diagnosis treatment works.

We also offer tracks for veterans and first responders and the LGBTQ+ community, plus alumni and family services after treatment.

If you need detox or residential care first

Eatontown does not provide detox on site. Clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox (willardohiodetox.com) or a partner detox facility, whichever works best for the client, then begin outpatient care in Eatontown. Eatontown is outpatient only. If residential care is needed, admissions coordinates a placement with a sister or partner facility.

Seacrest Detox Center NJ in Asbury Park is coming soon and is waiting on state licensing. Until it opens, clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox or a partner detox facility.
