Outpatient Addiction Treatment Near Wall Township, NJ
Wall Township covers a wide stretch of southern Monmouth County, with sections such as Allenwood, Glendola and West Belmar and quick access to the Garden State Parkway. That Parkway access makes Seacrest Recovery Center NJ, at 162 Main Street in Eatontown, an easy drive for outpatient drug and alcohol treatment.
Getting here from Wall Township
From central Wall Township the drive is about 11 miles and usually takes 20 to 25 minutes. Take the Garden State Parkway north to Exit 105, then Hope Road to Tinton Avenue (County Route 537) and turn onto Main Street in Eatontown. If you prefer to avoid the Parkway, Route 35 north runs the whole way but takes longer.
Outpatient care that fits a commute
Because the Parkway connects Wall to Eatontown so directly, many clients fit treatment into their normal commute. Outpatient care means you keep your home life in Wall while getting structured therapy several days a week. In individual sessions you look at the patterns, relationships and stresses that feed the substance use; in group you build skills with people who understand. We also offer tracks for veterans and first responders and the LGBTQ+ community.
Outpatient care at 162 Main Street
Seacrest Recovery Center NJ is an outpatient treatment center. Clients from Wall Township live at home and come to Eatontown for structured care at the level that fits them:
- The Partial Care Program (PHP), our most structured level, with a full daytime schedule and one-on-one therapy every week.
- The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), several days a week, for people who need real structure but also need to keep up with work or family.
- The Outpatient Program (OP), a lighter schedule of group and individual sessions while you rebuild daily life.
- Co-occurring mental health care for anxiety, depression, trauma and other conditions, treated alongside the substance use rather than separately.
If you need detox or residential care first
When withdrawal needs medical care, detox comes before outpatient treatment. Eatontown does not provide detox on site. Clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox (willardohiodetox.com) or a partner detox facility, whichever works best for the client, then begin outpatient care in Eatontown. Eatontown is outpatient only. If residential care is needed, admissions coordinates a placement with a sister or partner facility.
Our admissions team handles those arrangements and plans your return to outpatient care in Eatontown. See why detox comes before outpatient rehab.
