Outpatient Addiction Treatment Near Middletown, NJ
Middletown is one of Monmouth County’s largest townships, taking in communities such as Lincroft, Navesink, Belford, Leonardo and Port Monmouth. For Middletown residents looking for drug or alcohol treatment, Seacrest Recovery Center NJ provides outpatient care at 162 Main Street in Eatontown, a straight run down Route 35.
Driving from Middletown
From central Middletown the drive is about 6.7 miles and usually takes 15 to 20 minutes. Follow Route 35 south across the Navesink River, through Red Bank and Shrewsbury, and into Eatontown, where Route 35 becomes Main Street. Because Middletown covers so much ground, drive times vary: sections in the north near the bayshore are farther away than Lincroft or the neighborhoods close to Red Bank.
Built for busy households
Middletown is a township of families, commuters and long-time residents, and outpatient treatment is designed for people who cannot simply disappear for a month. You attend treatment in Eatontown and go home each day. Your therapist helps you work through what is driving the substance use, and group therapy gives you people who understand. As you stabilize, you step down to a lighter schedule. If you are a veteran or first responder, ask about our dedicated track.
Which level of outpatient care fits?
There is no single program that suits everyone from Middletown. After an assessment, our clinical team recommends one of three outpatient levels:
Partial Care Program (PHP). The most structured option, with treatment during the day and weekly individual therapy, for people who need close support but can safely sleep at home.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Several days a week of group and individual work, often the next step after partial care, or a starting point for people with steady routines.
Outpatient Program (OP). A lighter schedule that keeps recovery on track once work, school and family life are back in full swing.
Mental health is part of every level. Our co-occurring mental health care addresses anxiety, depression, trauma and other conditions together with the addiction. Learn how dual diagnosis treatment works.
If you need detox or residential care first
Before outpatient therapy can begin, some people need detox or a higher level of care. Eatontown does not provide detox on site. Clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox (willardohiodetox.com) or a partner detox facility, whichever works best for the client, then begin outpatient care in Eatontown. Eatontown is outpatient only. If residential care is needed, admissions coordinates a placement with a sister or partner facility.
Our admissions team handles those arrangements and plans your return to outpatient care in Eatontown. See why detox comes before outpatient rehab.
