The LGBTQ+ Track is a specialized stream of our outpatient services designed to meet the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals facing substance use challenges. This program allows participants to engage in essential therapy, counseling, and recovery support while living at home or in supportive housing — maintaining daily responsibilities without disrupting life commitments.
Clients participate in structured sessions throughout the week (individual and group), focusing on coping strategies, identity-affirming care, triggers related to discrimination, and building strong support networks.
Unlike some traditional programs that prioritize generic recovery methods, our LGBTQ+ Track incorporates sensitivity to:

Our Eatontown location is an outpatient center and does not provide detox on site. If you need detox first, our admissions team can coordinate a referral to Seacrest's Willard, Ohio detox or a trusted partner facility, whichever works best for you. Once you've safely completed withdrawal, you can begin outpatient care with us at 162 Main Street in Eatontown, including our supportive, affirming programs for the LGBTQ+ community.
Our intensive outpatient and outpatient programs are designed to accommodate work and school schedules, allowing you to maintain daily responsibilities while receiving structured treatment. We work with you to create a schedule that supports both your recovery and your life commitments.
The right treatment level depends on your addiction severity, mental health needs, living situation, and support system. Our experienced team conducts a thorough assessment upon intake to recommend the outpatient level that fits you best, including partial care, intensive outpatient, or outpatient programs at our Eatontown location. If detox or residential care is needed first, our admissions coordinators arrange that placement with a Seacrest or partner facility before you begin outpatient care with us.
