Outpatient Addiction Treatment Near Long Branch, NJ
Long Branch is one of the Jersey Shore’s best-known oceanfront cities, and for many people who live there, treatment needs to happen close to home. Seacrest Recovery Center NJ provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment at 162 Main Street in Eatontown, about five miles west of the center of Long Branch. That distance matters: you can take part in serious, structured treatment during the day and still sleep in your own home, see your family and keep your commitments.
Getting to Seacrest from Long Branch
The most direct drive is about 5 miles. From central Long Branch, head west on Joline Avenue, which becomes Route 36, and stay on Route 36 for roughly three miles. Pick up Route 35 (Main Street) for the last mile and a half into Eatontown. The trip usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, a little longer on summer weekends when shore traffic builds on Route 36. From the oceanfront near Pier Village, the route is the same once you reach Route 36.
Recovery that fits life in Long Branch
Long Branch has a busy restaurant and nightlife scene along the oceanfront, and a summer season that can make staying sober feel harder. Outpatient care lets you practice the skills you learn in group and individual therapy in the same place you will need them. Each evening you go home to your own neighborhood, and the next session gives you room to talk through what happened. Many clients also bring family into the process; see why family therapy is important.
Outpatient care at 162 Main Street
Seacrest Recovery Center NJ is an outpatient treatment center. Clients from Long Branch live at home and come to Eatontown for structured care at the level that fits them:
- The Partial Care Program (PHP), our most structured level, with a full daytime schedule and one-on-one therapy every week.
- The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), several days a week, for people who need real structure but also need to keep up with work or family.
- The Outpatient Program (OP), a lighter schedule of group and individual sessions while you rebuild daily life.
- Co-occurring mental health care for anxiety, depression, trauma and other conditions, treated alongside the substance use rather than separately.
If you need detox or residential care first
Some people from Long Branch need medical detox before outpatient care can safely begin. Eatontown does not provide detox on site. Clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox (willardohiodetox.com) or a partner detox facility, whichever works best for the client, then begin outpatient care in Eatontown. Eatontown is outpatient only. If residential care is needed, admissions coordinates a placement with a sister or partner facility.
Our admissions team handles those arrangements and plans your return to outpatient care in Eatontown. See why detox comes before outpatient rehab.
