Hope For Recovery Scholarship Program
Starting January 1, 2019, Hope for Recovery scholarship program will be granting at each of our facilities (Florida and New Jersey) 1 full 30 day treatment scholarship.
Share with us details about your story and why you would be a good candidate for the scholarship.
To ensure that those receiving the scholarship are in need of it, we ask that you provide us with your most recent tax return, most recent paystub and your most recent bank statement. These can be uploaded on this application page or emailed to [email protected]
You must meet the criteria for the level of care that we offer.
Each scholarship must be submitted by the 25th of each month. Seacrest Recovery Center’s scholarship team will notify the recipient by the 28th of each month. Once you have been notified, you will have 5 days to admit to the facility or we will be choosing another qualified recipient.
