Discreet, professional care
Many people from Holmdel have demanding careers and a lot riding on how things look from the outside. Outpatient care lets you get real, structured treatment without stepping away from your work or your family for weeks at a time. Your care is private and confidential, and your plan is built around your history and goals. Individual therapy gets to what drives the drinking or drug use, group therapy connects you with peers, and mental health care treats the stress and anxiety that often travel with it. When you are ready, you can tour the center before you begin.
Which level of outpatient care fits?
There is no single program that suits everyone from Holmdel. After an assessment, our clinical team recommends one of three outpatient levels:
Partial Care Program (PHP). The most structured option, with treatment during the day and weekly individual therapy, for people who need close support but can safely sleep at home.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Several days a week of group and individual work, often the next step after partial care, or a starting point for people with steady routines.
Outpatient Program (OP). A lighter schedule that keeps recovery on track once work, school and family life are back in full swing.
Mental health is part of every level. Our co-occurring mental health care addresses anxiety, depression, trauma and other conditions together with the addiction. Learn how dual diagnosis treatment works.
If you need detox or residential care first
If detox or a residential stay is the right first step, admissions arranges it with a sister or partner facility. Eatontown does not provide detox on site. Clients who need detox are referred to Seacrest’s Willard, Ohio detox (willardohiodetox.com) or a partner detox facility, whichever works best for the client, then begin outpatient care in Eatontown. Eatontown is outpatient only. If residential care is needed, admissions coordinates a placement with a sister or partner facility.
Our admissions team handles those arrangements and plans your return to outpatient care in Eatontown. See why detox comes before outpatient rehab.
