The LGBTQ+ Track is a specialized stream of our outpatient services designed to meet the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals facing substance use challenges. This program allows participants to engage in essential therapy, counseling, and recovery support while living at home or in supportive housing — maintaining daily responsibilities without disrupting life commitments.

Clients participate in structured sessions throughout the week (individual and group), focusing on coping strategies, identity-affirming care, triggers related to discrimination, and building strong support networks.
